The curing reaction occurs at the mold temperature of the liquid silicone injection mold at 120 to 150 °C, and mold temperature control is critical. The surface temperature of the mold is required to be stable. If the surface temperature is too high, the products will be scorched, the parting line will crack, and the products will become brittle. If the surface temperature is too low, the curing speed of the rubber compound is slow, and there will be quality problems such as the inability of the product to be demolded.
The temperature of the mold needs to be heated evenly: the uneven heating of the mold and the large temperature difference will make the flow of the rubber material unstable, and it is easy to cause pockets and unsatisfactory injection.
The location of the heater: There should be enough distance between the heater and the parting line to prevent the template from bending and deforming, resulting in the formation of flash burrs in the finished product;
